RETURN POLICY

If merchandise received is either, defective, or damaged you may exchange it 7 days after receiving the product(s). Please note customers may pay a 15% restocking fee on exchanges. 

REFUNDS ARE GIVEN ONLY AS STORE CREDIT. NO CASH REFUNDS  

NO RETURNS ON ANY STERILIZATION PRODUCT(S) SUCH AS NEEDLES, GREEN SOAP, INKS, ETC.

NO REFUNDS On Tattoo Kits, Media, CD, DVD, Tattoo Books, Tattoo Flashes.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If merchandise was received damaged or defective, customer is granted an exchange in which they must send back the product(s) and once received in our warehouse one of our specialist will inspect the product(s). After the product(s) pass inspection the customer is granted an exchange for the damaged or defective product. Please be aware process can take up to 30 days.

If you need to return a product to us, please call our Returns Service department at 1 (800) 883 1532 EXT #1 Monday through Friday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM PACIFIC TIME to get an RMA number. An RMA number MUST accompany all returns within seven days of receipt. Any items returned to us without an RMA number will be sent back to you at your cost

TERMS OF USE STATEMENT

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

Tattoo needles, piercing needles and tattoo inks are restricted to use by qualified licensed practitioners as determined by the state in which the practitioner resides. All tattooing and piercing devices are sold to qualified practitioners only. The purchaser accepts full responsibility for the safe and proper use of these devices and agrees to indemnify and hold BEST TATTOO KITS harmless from any consumer claims against the ultimate use of these devices.

Legal Notice

Charge back Fraud: Please note that all fraudulent charge backs issued for: non- receipt of merchandise, when evidence of proof of delivery is confirmed will be held and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law. Customers information will be filed in a report with the local police or sheriff’s department in their area. If the product was delivered via U.S. Mail or to a Post Office box, we will also file a mail fraud complaint with the postmaster. Lastly, a final demand letter and invoice from us( Tattoo Kits Now) will be mailed directly to the customer explaining to the customer that they have wrongfully and fraudulently disputed charges and are now responsible to us for the full charge amount plus the bank charge back fees. Customer will be notified that they have thirty (30) days to pay in full, and if they do not, they will be placed with a third-party collection agency and their account will be reported to all credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account, severely damaging their credit rating for at least the next seven (7) years. The letter also explains that we will no longer accept a return of the merchandise as settlement for the debt and will only accept payment in full. Do Not Conduct In Fraudulent Charge backs or you will be prosecuted.
